What brand do you use? There are many offered on iherb, and amazon. I prefer supporting this forum if iherb offers close to what I am on now.

My GP sells his own homeopathic Rx which has 782mg of marine lipid (from anchovies, sardines) EPA 330mg, DHa 170 mg, other omega-3 60mg, omega-7 210mg, and palmitoleic acid 110mg.

He just closely tripled his price so I am looking for an equivalent substitute, hopefully enteric softgels if possible. I’ve been on it for years for heart inflammation. 2/day. With ablation I want to continue.

Check out the liquid filtered fish oils. You can find most any mixture you want and liquid means you always know if it's fresh or not, unlike capsules. I've been taking Carlson's or Nordic for years.
