Debbi and All.

Just recieved Dr. Mercola's News letter and he had a great link about overall cardivascular health. Good for both newbies and old hats. I found his ideal numbers of the blood panel interesting.

Since I was diagnosed in May, I'm still trying to find answers. But at least the panic is gone. Information is slowly taking away the fear of the unknown.

I started to receive lots of junk mail and SPAM when I signed up for Dr. Mercola's News. I sent him information and a concern about it. He reported back that others have used his name illegaly and sent the medical SPAM with out his permission. They were trying to stop it.
