Since nobody has responded, here is my take - having never been to St. Davids, but have used AirBnb a lot.
I would search in AirBnb on
near 3000 N Interstate Hwy 35, Austin, TX 78705
(which I think is St. David's address).
I would go into more filters and check
Super Host
put in the dates you want, number of people and anything else you want as well - wifi, kitchen & etc.
I would then read the reviews and select.
This method usually works for me.

Without any dates, there looks to be a unit for $109 just across the street. I'd probably select that if I were going
