Any Concerns About an Endoscopy 11 Months After Ablation?

Since my Bordeaux ablation my heart has been very calm until this past week when I've been waking a few times during the night with pulse a bit faster and/or stronger than normal and a few pac's.

The thought of a camera so close to the heart is a bit concerning.

Any thoughts?

Upper GI scope? It shouldn't be a concern. Just be sure to tell them (especially the nurses) about your AF history. The anesthesia would be the bigger concern, I would think, than the endoscope.

I have had upper and lower GIs since my second Ablation. No issue for me.
