CHADS-Vasc and being female.

Does being female still add a point on the CHADS-Vasc to determine stroke risk? I have seen it mentioned that being female has been taken off the CHADS-Vasc scoring more then once but have been unsucessful at finding any online data elsewhere to support it. I would love to know!
