One thing caught my eye "Oral doses greater than 500 mg daily contribute little to further increase in plasma concentration or tissue stores." This seems to fly in the face of Linus Pauling's research. I'm still wondering if the Linus Pauling therapy will do anything to improve a-fib.

Good article about vit. C, I wonder if all of the fruit and berries I eat in the summer is why I get hardly any AF during those months. I raise strawberries, blueberries and raspberries, grapes, peaches and apples. I forgot about taking a vit C supplement until just this past month, I got a spray Vit. C. I think we all should take a Vit. C supplement, if we don't.
