Afib for a number of years, had an ablation 8/31/18. Feeling lightheaded on and off on a daily basis. BP taken yesterday was 108/78. Have I not given myself enough time to heal. Very anxious. Any ideas?

I'd ask to wear a monitor to see what's happening.
Are you still on blood thinners?

108/78 is pretty low and probably explains why you feel lightheaded. You're on beta blockers probably? Lots of info you're not providing. How old are you, what meds are you on?

108/78 is not that low. It's low when one is not used to.
110/70 is usual for me and I don't feel lightheaded as long as I'm above 100...

What Pompon said. Though it does depend on what your body is used to. I've run mine as low as 90/50 without any symptoms (even 80/40). Also not on any meds.
