Throat sensation prior to episode

Does anyone else get a strange sensation in their throat prior to and during an A-Fib episode? My throat feels like I’m having an allergic reaction to something. That’s when I know an episode is starting. Then I feel the fast heart beats. That sensation last until the episode is over. Usually an hour or two. Then I feel very weak & tired for a couple of hours.

I would often feel what I think were ectopics in my throat that quickly led to an afib episode. It didn’t feel like an allergic reaction but was uncomfortable and usually the first sign that an episode would be full blown within minutes.

Yes. I have that too. Actually my throat "feeling" is what wakes me up. Seems to be worse when I get AFIB while asleep.

That feeling is barely there if I get AFIB while wide awake.
