PACs and Xarelto

I am 10 weeks out from my second ablation that was done by Dr. Horton at TCA. I feel extremely confident about this ablation. I have had PACs and PVCs, here and there. But, they are not bothersome. I was wondering if PACs and PVCs will prevent me from getting off Xarelto. I would appreciate your opinion if you have dealt with this. Dr. Horton does not seem to be too concerned about these. I know he will decide after my Holter Monitor week. However, I am just curious. They are exponentially less than after my first ablation. Thank you for your support.

No, PACs and PVCs alone won't keep you on the Xarelto. What might keep you on the Xarelto is your CHADS-Vasc score. Hopefully you'll come out of this with no afib. If so, that's what Horton will primarily look at in deciding whether you should continue the Xarelto.
