upper to mid stomach discomfort and anxiety feeling

Does anyone get a discomforting feeling in upper stomach below sternum? I had afib had an ablation and take 50 flec morning and 50 flec evening and also take
25 Toprol ER at night. I also take zantac for gastric problem. Today while playing cards i felt a rush like almost panic but held together but then i feel like i get anxiety
because i feel i might have palps or afib but i didn't. I also must mention i had an ablation in 2008 which did help a lot but i have never gotten over anxiety for feeling in that
zone of the body. Anyone have this problem and any suggestions or comments that might help. When you learn to worry you become very good at it and that is me Thanks Steve

Hi, there a discussion on anxiety and Afib over in My Afib Experience. What you describe sounds very common. Some people start meditation and some do other things. I just hope I have enough knowledge about Afib that I know if I do have an episode it won’t kill me. You have to find ways to relax. Good Luck!
