Stephen Sinatra's protocol is a good one. Instead of Metoprolol he recommends d-ribose. There are no side effects with the latter as there are with the former.

• Fish oil (1–2 grams)
• CoQ10 (100–200 mg)
• L-carnitine (1–2 grams)
• D-ribose (5–15 grams)
• Magnesium (400–800 mg)
• Potassium (500–1,000 mg)
• Calcium (500–1,000 mg)
• Hawthorn berry (500 mg two to three times
daily)
And there is now strong evidence that vitamin C
is extremely beneficial as well.

I have Dr. Sinatra's 80+ page booklet on treating heart problems. Email me and I'll send it to you in a PDF.
