Even if it works perfectly it will still have to undergo testing in the U.S. before the FDA will ever approve of it. This happens all of the time. Drugs or protocols that are used in Europe for 25 or more years don't get approved by the FDA because testing was never done in the U.S. Apparently, it has to be from "American ingenuity" have a high monetary potential for an American drug company to get approved by the FDA and used by the medical community. Besides, it has to be a drug that only maintains a problem, not cure it.
