Electrolyte Water and Potassium/Magnesium Supplementation

Due to the medications that I'm on, I'm constantly thirsty. I've been drinking Trader Joe's Electrolyte water that has added Potassium Bicarbonate and Magnesium Sulfate. However, the amount of each is not listed. Has any one else tried this water? Have you found it to help with Afib? Is additional Potassium and Magnesium supplementation required?

Hello Em Jaye and welcome. Could you please provide a profile 'sketch' for us ... your meds, your AF history, age, any other medical conditions. That way, it's easier to suggest what's appropriate.

As for the TJ water... I looked online to see what I could learn. Found this with customer comments.

Typically the minerals are just trace amounts. We have instructions for a home made version of a concentrate that you can use to make your own alkaline water that also provides magnesium but need to see your profile first.
