Do You Think You Know Your Afib Triggers? This Study Needs Your Input!

I just noticed Melanie posted this on her website. With her permission I am sharing parts of it here:

The University of California at San Francisco has received a grant to do research into afib triggers and StopAfib.org is a research partner in this study.

If you have paroxysmal (intermittent) atrial fibrillation and know your triggers, or suspect certain triggers, please help by taking this survey to share your personal triggers. Depending on how many triggers you have, it should take 20 minutes or less.

This survey will help us develop a list of possible triggers and design the study.

Here is a link to the survey:

My input wouldn't be useful. Ten or so years ago, everything was a trigger, at least that was my conclusion after 1 year of noting down everything done or consumed. Even drinking a glassful of room temperature water, or the alarm clock, or near anything eaten gave 36 hour AFib every second day regular as clockwork. Sometimes supplements might ease the burden, but not much more than that.
