I've been taking CoQ10 for a short while and purchesed another amount, but i have noticed there is a big difference between the 2 so here goes tell me what you think.

Natures Aid.....Sunflower oil, geletine, glycerine, Co=Enzyme Q10, Natural colours Black iron and Red iron Oxides..........30mg a day

Wassen....Dicalcium phosphate, Di-Alpha Tocopheryl Acetate, Potato fibre, CoQ10(Ubiquinone), Magnesium stearate, Stearic acid. Coating Hypromellose, glycerol, titanium dioxide, iron oxides..........Vit E 22.05mg
.......10 mg a day

I think Natures Aid cost more.

The best coQ-10 I have seen is from Nutracuetical Sciences Inc (NSI) avalable at www.vitacost.com .

THis is a softgel in a highly bioavailable form and you cna get up to 200mg or even 400mg softgel capsules. The 200mg only costs 39.00 for 60 200mg softgels which is MUCH cheaper by mg than other good brands I know of.

www.vitacost.com has most every brand and sells everything at 40% to 60% off what you pay in the stores.

You can also see the excellent NSI formuals at www.gonsi.com .
