You forgot to mention the recall of losartan et al. for containing carcinogenic substances.

It's a blood pressure. Of course it can cause fainting. I have almost all the other listed minor side effects without the need for losartan. Besides I'm talking about a 25 mg dose for a week or two.
At least life threatening Torsades de pointes (associated with hydroxy chloroquine used for prophylaxis and therapy) is not on your list.
But life is all about choices. To each his own.
IMHO we're giving way too much attention to COVID 19. The 800 pound gorilla in the room is the looming Greater Depression, which will kill far more.
