Are you a red meat eater? I believe that we need a complete protein and meat provides that. These Veggie diets are not healthy in my estimation. I

Maybe this is not a good marker for what is healthy or natural for humans, but watching my grandkids living with Vegan Moms, they prefer, choose and do quite well on Carnivore diets.

Yes, i eat red meat. The only issue i have with red meat factory raised beef.

Have listened to others who are carnivores (Joe Rogan for one). Sounds interesting and very beneficial for some phenotypes. Do wonder what it will do long term? Thinking of gut biom/diversity and it's long term health implications.
