I wrote on this forum about Dr. Perlmutters magnesium, I really liked it at first, it seems to help with sleep and it was very pleasant to take. After taking it for a while I was getting runs of PVCs off and on everyday, I wasn't getting any pvcs for many years, I just thought that this was something that was just happening to me. This went on for a week or so until I started thinking that perhaps this new mag. was causing it as it does have a Probiotic blend in it. I stopped taking it and went back to my Mag. Bisglycinate Powder after a day of being on this mag. those PVCs stopped and I havn't gotten any since. I wrote a favorable report on Perlmutters mag. on this site a number of weeks ago and I need to tell of my experience with it which hasn't been good.
