Molekule clean air system

Has anyone heard of Molekule, it is an air filter system, my granddaughter sent me one. I don't know anything about it whether it is worth the money or is beneficial. I have a pacemaker, don't know if there would be any problems with this system. It has a filter which is supposed to clean the air which you change, I believe in 6 months.
