'Pink noise' boosts deep sleep, memory for older adults
December 27, 2017 10:38AM
As we age, our quality of sleep declines. Researchers believe that this may contribute to later-life memory loss. New research, however, suggests that there may be a simple solution to this problem: "pink noise."

Thanks. That's interesting information. I don't have any sleep issues - (must be the magnesium), but I know a person who has high cortisol levels and is up and down all night; been that way for many years. I'll pass that along and hopefully it will help. Good way to start out the New Year... new ideas to help with healthy aging!
