Waller water another way

I wanted to get away from soda water in BPA plastic bottles so I bought a stainless steel Mosa .72 L soda system.(they also make 1.2 L)and chargers like little bombs.

I made the first lot the same way with lots of fizz but the fizz disappeared after the same adding MOM process.Is this a good sign of more conversion or not ?
