Natto and/or k2mk7

I have very rare, short episodes of afib for last 15 years. Episodes a couple times a year lasting less than an hour. I have been using natto sdk(?)...can't remember initials. Recently diagnosed with osteopenia. I also take d3 and magnesium glycinate. Get my calcium from food. Continue natto and k2mk7? Both? Either, or? I have not taken Coumadin but if things get worse would probably go with eliquis. I am thinking both may be too much??? Sure many of you know way more than me and have not been able to find anything in literature. Thanks
