A baby question for suggestions. Not a regular forum topic

Gentlefolk,

As the age of 81 in November I should be flattered that a young lady [in her 30s so very young to me ]asked me about health tips concerning diet and exercise for her first pregnancy.

She is in a country area with limited facilities.

Any suggestions on suitable websites or information available?
