vertebral artery AV fistula

Does anyone have any experience with this condition. Dr. thinks I got it through injury to the artery during one of my many catherizations. I'm going back to CCF because my local doctors have not personally seen one. They have kind of scared me telling me that it is rare? tHANKS

Thanks Jackie, you are the only one who has responded on any site - I was beginning to feel like this is a very rare rare thing and if that is one thing you don't want in the medicine --- it is something rare - which means noone know what to do. I expect if anyone knows CCF does, but that you for your response. You are a great addition to this site as always
