Printed books and CD's will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt of order. If you have purchased the right to download a book in .pdf format readable with the Adobe Acrobat Reader your confirmation will direct you to a web page containing your user name and password for accessing and downloading the book. The access code is good for 48 hours from time of purchase.REFUND POLICYIf you are not completely satisfied with your printed book you may return it in good condition within 2 weeks of receipt for a refund of the purchase price less shipping costs.
